OUR PROCESS
When you choose Sustain With Me Landscapes, you can expect professionalism, transparency, and passion from start to finish. Our team will keep you informed throughout the design and installation process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our services are tailored to meet your unique needs, and our goal is to help your outdoor space feel like an extension of your home, seamlessly blending beauty and practicality.
STEP 1: Consultation
Every project begins with an in-depth consultation. We'll discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget ensuring we create a design that truly resonates with you. Schedule a consultation to begin your journey toward creating a beautiful eco-friendly garden that elevates not only the beauty of your home but also your quality of life. Initial consultation costs $150.
STEP 2: Site Assessment
We'll take on-site measurements to document existing conditions, and take photographs of the property to use as reference. We'll use the measurements to create a digital 'base map' drawing for the concept designs.
STEP 3: Design
We'll develop 1-2 Conceptual Designs and share those with you during a 45-minute presentation. We typically show options that are at the low and high end of your budget range so you can see what's possible.
STEP 4: Cost Estimate
Once we land on a final design, we'll prepare a detailed estimate that breaks down all of the costs associated with your project. We'll let you know exactly what you can expect as far as the cost, timing, and installation.
STEP 5: Documents
We'll create construction documents to guide the installation process and will handle material procurement for you. This includes demo, grading, planting, and irrigation plans along with construction details.
STEP 6: Project Installation
We design every project with the intention of working with our skilled crew to bring it to life. Our installations are full-service, and may include any/all of the following:
- Construction documents
- Project management
- Demolition, excavation, and hauling
- Site preparation, grading, and staging
- Hardscape improvements
- Drainage improvements
- Multi-zone drip irrigation system with smart controller

- Soil amendment

STEP 7: Post-Installation Care
We care about how your garden grows and evolves after we complete our installation, which is why we offer a complimentary maintenance service 1-2 months following project completion. We'll also provide you with a garden care guide that tells you more about the plants in your garden you can stay connected to your new garden ecosystem.
